Payment IN FULL by 28th February 2025 - $150 discount

Family Fee Assistance Rebate

Available to families and students who hold a valid and current Health Care Card at the
beginning of the 2025 school year – apply at the office – we will require a copy of your card

Conveyance Allowance​

This is a State Government Rebate– An application form is completed by any family that believe they may be eligible – this only applies to families who reside 4.8 KM or further from our school and we must be the closest Catholic school to your residence.

$250 Setting you up for Success School Scholarship

State Government Rebates​

The Camps Sports and Excursions Fund CSEF may be available for qualifying families who hold a current and valid Health Care Card at the commencement of the school year – The school will share and application form and you will be asked to share a copy of your Health Care Card.

After School and Vacation Care

This is an external service offered by The Y but one that is operated from our premises here at OLHC, making it a very accessible option for families. Enquiries regarding bookings, cost of services etc need to be directed to The Y – check their webpage out at the link below.
